Wagon parade

Guidelines & Info

The Wagon "Parade" will take place during the Second Line parade around Audubon Park. The route is a 2.0 miles stretch of paved track around Audubon Park featuring no pot holes! 

The Wagon Parade is Free for all registrants to participate. We ask that all children be accompanied by 1 adult.


Wagon Parade Rules and Guidelines:

1. Wagon must be pulled - No motorized wagons allowed

2. Decorations are encouraged! The more fun, the better!

3. Refrain from throwing beads - as it will cause trash and a fall hazard for special needs participants

4. All Wagon Parade Participants will receive a wristband upon registration to the Umbrella Walk & Gumbo Gras at the Check-In tent

5. Upon online registration, check the box (Yes/No) if you plan to participate in the Wagon Parade

Umbrella Walk and Gumbo Gras disclaimer: in the event of cancellation due to weather your entry fee will be consider a donation. You can still come under the pavilion to receive your umbrella day of event. At that point all entered teams will be put into a drawing for prizes drawn at random 


The Umbrella Walk and Gumbo Gras will be cancelled In the event the Audubon zoo closes which is beyond our control.
